About Autumns: Ayurvedic Autumn Wellness
Autumn, also known as harvest, signifies the shift from summer’s yang energy to winter’s yin nature. Governed by the airy, mobile Vata dosha, this season embodies qualities such as dryness, anxiety, and irregularity in sleep, digestion, or menstruation. As the energy transitions from growth and renewal to introspection and return, autumn beckons us to let go, prepare, and embrace structure and routine. Much like adulthood and maturity, autumn epitomizes a period of transition and new opportunities for Ayurvedic autumn wellness.
