I will help you to bring your body back into balance, whether you are struggling with hormonal imbalances, digestive troubles, skin conditions, anxiety, depression, preparing for or recovering from giving birth, or any other disease. My holistic approach is rooted in ayurveda: a holistic system of healing from ancient India. I am a certified yoga therapist, nutrition & lifestyle coach and I am completing a full ayurvedic program as ayurvedic practitioner. I studied and got certified in the Netherlands with professionals from India.

My main objective is to help you to make sustainable lifestyle changes to reach your health goals and improve your overall health and wellness.

I am a positive, enthusiastic, supportive, trusting and focused person, mother of a wonderful daughter, and working in a huge corporation for more than 30 years now. I came into ayurveda when I was 40 years old: I was struggling with gallbladder stones having severe and sudden abdominal pain, digestive discomforts, nausea and was recommended by western medicine to do immediate surgery. I did not like the idea and started to look for alternative healing practices and this is how I found ayurveda. I was able to avoid surgery and be completely recovered by doing gallbladder cleanse and liver flush procedures, by correcting my digestion and herbs, by practicing yoga and reducing stress.

Charaka, one of the founders of Ayurvedic medicine, said:

“A physician who does not enter into the heart of the patient with the virtue of light and love, will not be able to heal the patient.” 

To the best of my ability, as I continue my own self-education and as I share with you what I have learned, I will follow this advice and I would urge you to follow it in using this knowledge to help others and to heal yourself. 

Changing a diet or a few medicinal herbs may be a part of the process, but the most relevant aspect is learning how and why care for the body and mind. Our body is the gift given to us to fulfill our purpose, or dharma, and to ultimately evolve as spiritual beings.

Ayurveda healing is an educational path helping you to realign yourself with your body ultimately assisting you in finding your balance.
