What is Hot Yoga?
Hot yoga is a form of yoga practiced in a heated environment, which can vary in style and sequence. The heat helps increase heart rate, circulation, and sweating, which is believed to detoxify the body. The sequence is designed to provide a cardiovascular workout by alternating between postures that increase and decrease heart rate. Each posture builds on the previous one, strengthening muscles and improving flexibility.
